Empowering students through outdoor education.

Adventures Beyond the Classroom: Inspiring Nature Connections in Teens

Mission:

To encourage positive relationships with nature through experiential outdoor education.

Vision:

Our vision is to provide an opportunity for all teenagers to experience positive interactions with the natural world in order to inspire environmental stewardship, nurture leadership and problem-solving, and foster healthier, active lifestyles.

Benefits of Outdoor Education

Experiential education and allowing students to have experiences outside of the classroom offers many benefits. Time in nature through outdoor programming has been shown to positively impact physical and mental health, while also teaching problem-solving, team building, and leadership.
